The one who wields Man's Missing Horns, Ramirez prides himself in his strength and manliness, which leaves him open to playful jabs by Roxie when he gets over the top. She calls him Ram and, when especially playful, Rammy.

Man's Missing Limbs were an effort during ancient times to improve mankind. It started with clothing. Man's Missing Fur. The invention truly seemed like a blessing and made life that much easier. That's when a few decided to go out and make more parts for human's inspired by their animal counterparts. They made Man's Missing Tail (Roxie's "waist scarf") and Man's Missing Horns (Ramirez' "ram earmuffs") among other things, but they were useless unless empowered. When they asked the leader of the ancients to perform magic on the items, they were rebuffed and told to stop their works, as it would only breed alienation from true humanity. Unperturbed, they continued to incorporate magics in the silk and wove spells into the fiber to make the items respond to human thought and bend to their will. So began the Wars over Man's Missing Limbs.
